The battle for Fridays has resumed. Its not SRK vs Salman or Saif vs Aaamir, a new kid with a familiar surname has emerged on the block. Yes its Imraan Khan, the nephew of Aamir Khan making his debut with 'Jaane tu ya jaane na'. Harman Baweja too debuts on the big stage with his much hyped scince fiction spread acroos the time in Love story 2050.
Who will win this battle ? If you were to go according to the outburst of CNN IBN review of the movies by Rajeev Masand , you will have to say both have lost it fair and square. But who is the best amongst the worst? Check out this link to know that.
While love story was handed a slap in the face, there were words of praise for the lead actors of Jaane Tu. Rajeev described Genelia as 'Pataka' or a cracker with her refreshing performance with Imraan. Genelia, a stirring success in the southern film circles has been transported to the Mumbai madness by ace director Priyadarshan through yet another stupid movie of the year 'Mera Baap pehle Aap'.
While both the movies are love stories, 'Jaane tu' is more of a light hearted fun movie while love story 2050 seems to have been caught in a time warp.
Looks like the bollywood flop show is continuing and this time there is no IPL to point its finger.
